Joey’s unique background started after he graduated from Texas Tech with bachelor’s degrees in business management & marketing. He began his career in Houston at Enterprise, where he completed an extensive leadership training program. Joey took his burgeoning leadership ability and sales experience into the pharmaceutical industry. In short order,Joey earned the prestigious Presidents Club award three times. His sales professional efforts and innate leadership abilities helped him continue his upward mobility into a leadership position with two different healthcare companies. Joey flourishes as a mentor to others and loves assisting people to realize their potential. These efforts culminated in fine-tuning his vast experience as a recognized leader, analytical thinker, network builder, & business professional.
Over this 20-year career, Joey’s love for real estate & investments grew. He immersed himself in the design & building of a home, which gave him his first taste of success in home building & real estate. He learned the benefits of real estate appreciation through the purchase & sale of multiple properties, earning profits from each transaction. Joey currently owns both multifamily and single-family properties and loves being involved with & seeing the great results from fix-and-flips.
Joey is the Co-Founder & CEO of TrinityPeak Partners. He works with other investors, business professionals, & anyone who wants to accumulate wealth through passive investing. Joey manages single family rentals, small multifamily, and out-of-state fix and flips. He runs major construction projects with Trinity Peak Partners as well as operates multifamily properties alongside his partners.
Joey also joined Ironton Capital, a Denver-based boutique private equity firm, in 2023 and serves as an Analyst and Investor Relations Officer. At Ironton Capital, he has assisted in raising capital for the firm’s funds as well as analyzed, and underwritten, hundreds of projects.
Outside of his real estate investments, Joey loves to travel & experience ultimate adventure. Mountain climbing, hiking, skiing, and off-roading are only a few of his intense hobbies. He loves photography and sharing what the world has to offer, fueling his adrenaline for living a whole and fun life.
Nick is the Co-Founder and Partner of Trinity Peak Partners.
Nick started his career in pharmaceutical sales, promoting a billion-dollar anaphylaxis treatment device. He later moved to the Healthcare GPO sector, managing accounts generating $500M in annual revenue. Following his time in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries and wanting to seek other leadership opportunities, he proceeded to lead the sales division for a startup cannabinoid firm, expanding its client base by over 100 accounts.
Within the early years of his career, he realized a passion for real estate. He started actively acquiring single-family rentals in Colorado and out of state while investing passively as a Limited Partner (LP) in multiple venture capital and real estate projects. This gave him broad exposure to Private Equity and Syndications from the perspective of an LP.
In November 2022, Nick became the Investor Relations Officer at Ironton Capital, a Denver-based boutique private equity firm. Working closely with the CEO/Founder and Investment Committee, he contributed to growing the company's assets under management (AUM) from $30M to $65M through successful capital-raising efforts across the company's real estate growth and debt funds. This role has provided Nick with valuable experience as both a General Partner and Limited Partner in over 20 new development and value-add investment projects across various geographies and asset classes.
Nick's professional pursuits are not merely driven by financial gain but underscored by a deeper commitment to fostering wealth creation and passive income generation for himself and others. Recognizing the power of real estate in wealth accumulation, he harbored a profound desire to share this journey with like-minded individuals. This aspiration led to the formation of Trinity Peak Partners, a venture founded in collaboration with close friends and business partners, Joey and Meredith Schneider. Together, they are on a mission to empower others in their quest for financial freedom and fulfillment.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys skiing, hiking, golfing, and traveling. He's explored over 25 countries in the last 8 years, emphasizing the value of immersing himself in different cultures and embracing new experiences. Pushing his comfort zone daily is a mantra that resonates in both his personal and professional life.
Meet Dr. Meredith Schneider, an active and passive real estate investor, apartment syndicator, fix-and-flipper, single- and multifamily rental owner, successful optometrist, outdoor enthusiast, traveler, and adrenaline seeker.
Dr. Schneider’s distinctive background started after graduation from Texas Tech in chemistry, biology, and psychology. She then attended the University of Houston College of Optometry and received her doctorate. After completing her doctorate, Dr. Schneider moved to West Texas to practice optometry in a private practice setting. She continued to practice optometry for 17 years, building and selling private practices, before deciding to retire to pursue real estate.
Meredith’s passion for real estate began with building single-family new construction and live-in fixer-uppers, which led to investing in other asset classes like fix-and-flips, buy-and-holds, and multifamily. Meredith loves being hands-on with all her projects, cultivating a vision for the project, and embracing the opportunity to discover new markets and creative real estate strategies.
Meredith’s experience and knowledge of building and developing businesses and entrepreneurship matched her aspiring future partner's goals and shared passion for real estate investing, leading to the birth of Trinity Peak Partners with partners Joey and Nick. Meredith is the Co-founder & CFO of Trinity Peak Partners, where she focuses on building relationships with other investors, legalities, taxes, finances, and project design/vision. TPP’s ultimate goal is to help others grow their wealth through various investing strategies in real estate.
Outside the world of real estate, Meredith loves to be on the road or in the air traveling, seeking new experiences and the ultimate adrenaline rush. She’s an outdoor enthusiast and loves high-altitude mountain climbing (32 of 54 Colorado 14ers), hiking, skiing, surfing, and off-roading. Her favorite places to visit include the San Juan Islands, New Zealand, and Iceland.
Meredith believes in a growth mindset (focusing on the positives), living by gratitude, seeking continuous learning, and embracing challenges. She believes in establishing valuable relationships and focuses on living in the moment.
